I have the Xbox X Series platform I’ve noticed when I go to the Auction House and click on a car I’d be interested in the screen goes black and I have the shut the game down and relaunch. Its happening enough that I’m just avoiding the Auction House. There’s nothing wrong with the game install or any of the addon or car packs because it all works fine, until I go to the Auction House… its not every car, its not ever single time but it is happening more frequently. I can hear the game music etc…but the screen is black and in the lower right of the screen a “thinking spinning thing” is spinning… kinda like when windows locks up type thing and being this is a Microsoft product, I’m not shocked that, that’s found its way over to games LOL! Any help? Thoughts? or am I just going to have to keep quiting the game and relaunch it and avoid the Auction House.
This would be best to put into the Troubleshooting Hub to get the best help. Or you can always create a ticket to Forza about this problem

This is a known issue for a very long time.
There is some workaround: If you only use the “y” menu then there are no crashes.
The “Y” menu? I’m not following you?

The menu which appears when you press the “Y” button - with these options you can use the auction house without crashes.

1 - Please go to your auctions.
2 - Instead of pressing the A button on the car, please press the Y button (Auction Options).
3 - Select the option Collect Credits.
