Game: Forza Horizon 5
Platform: Cloud (not tested on PC or Xbox)
How to recreate:
Open up the Buy & Sell Menu. Go to Auction House and click Search Auctions to show available cars. Find a car and click on any listed car to see more detail and the screen goes dark with a spinning loading wheel. It remains on this screen until you get a cloud connection time out. The only option to exit this screen is to quit the game.

Thank you. I did a search for Auction House but couldn’t see it here and the Forza issue list page wasn’t loading for me
If you want to bypass it then open the Auction Options Quick Menu and claim from there.
On an Xbox Controller hover over the Auction and press “Y” to open the menu, from there select Claim Credits/Car.
On a Keyboard you’ll have to look at the bottom of the screen for the prompt.
This is the process that I normally follow because it’s a lot faster to buy and claim cars but I noticed the bug on clicking a listing to have a closer look at the design so I went back to test it whilst recording the process
I’ve had this issue for 2 months now on Xbox X and S. I opened a ticket to report this and support closed the ticket and said it was a known issue to devs. They suggested I delete my saved game (and start over).
