I put my 1966 GT40 MkII up for auction for a 3 million credit buyout and it sold for 3 million. I went to collect the credits i earned for selling the car and my game froze. so i had to restart it. when i got back on my credits were not there and the car was gone. Has anyone else had this problem

I sold my forzathon car for 1.1 million Credits and I didnt get the money for it because the game froze in the moment where I collected the money. I want the Credits for it back.
not the same exact way but something sort of similar… I had a huayra bc that did not sell, went to collect it and the screen blacked out. When the game restarted it showed as a blank white square in my cars. The photo disappeared but not the car… yeah, not really the same thing, but there seems to be some snafu in the auction depending on when it crashes. Maybe yours was lost in some sort of middle ground between the handshake between the auction house and your username.
For this particular issue, if you change some visual mod on the car (wheels, paint, bodykit, etc. Just something that changes how the car actually looks) it should refresh the garage page image of the car. If it shows back up, you can change it back if you want and it should update appropriately.
I had a similar thing happen to me. I tried buying 2 rx7s on Thursday and as I tried to collect cars my Xbox crashed and signed me out. I basically went back to the auction to get the cars and both auctions are gone. No notifications no my bids section. I lost probably 4 million in under 5 minutes and no matter what I did by messaging t10 or Xbox there was nothing I could do about it. I’m now 4 million down and not too pleased now.
All these messages really encourage me to buy everything from the autoshow =/
