While retrieving credits from an auction I lost for a Likin Hypersport the game froze. After restarting the game out of necessity my 2.85 million credits were nowhere to be found. They were not in the auction bank for the car and they were not in my account. Please help me retrieve my credits. Thanks.
mine isnt to that extreme but ive noticed im losing a good 10-20% on every sale i make and there all horizon editions so ive lost what i think now is in the millions. this needs sorting i want my money back

The game takes a percentage of your credits from each sale. It’s pretty much standard for any kind of auction, not a bug.

Ok I’m starting to get a little irritated here this the second time now. I put my 2017 Ford Gt Horizon edition up for sale and the car sold for 1.833 million dollars. When I tried to collect the credits the game froze on me and the credits and the car are GONE I NEVER GOT THE CREDITS I TOOK A SNAP SHOT OF THE SALE BEACUSE I WAS HAPPY THE CAR SOLD FOR THAT MUCH PLUS I RECOREDED THE GAME FROZEN WHICH YOU CAN NOW VIEW UNDER MY GAMER TAG PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE AND HELP ME GET MY LOST CREDITS THANKS
Have lost about 5 million since launch due to this issue. I feel you pain!
Its been 16 days are so and still no response. The first time it happened they made it up to me and then some. This time I’m being completely ignored come on guys I put a lot of time in this game please make this right please and thanks
Many people lost either money or a car in auction house, and you are the first one (that I see) who claims getting compensation after having started a thread on forum.
I just come off a 7 day ban for inappropriate username (now changed)… all good.
However, before I was banned I had 5x horizon edition vehicles which I’d won in auctions but not yet collected.
Come back today from my ‘horizon holiday’ and boom! I been carjacked! None there 
I lost a auction for a one:1 and had spent 1.2 million credits. When i went to retrieve them, the game said servers were unable to be reached and what do you know, all my credits are gone. If someone could help me out or if i could get a refund that would be great. I’m very frustrated
