I preordered Forza 7 Ultimate digital edition on Amazon.com. I contacted Amazon about receiving our pre order honigan pack for Forza Horizon 3. Microsoft stated we would get it. I contacted Amazon team and they knew nothing about it until I showed them. They are still looking into it. We need Microsoft to step up and honor their statement and get Amazon preorder customers the promised Forza Horizon 3 pre order hoonigan car pack. Or state here that you will not be honoring it.
The digital download code they eventually give you for the game will be the same code that makes the FH3 pack free on the Store.
Maybe you should be asking Amazon to hurry up and send you the codes for fm7 already
I did read in another thread that they will start sending them out on the 1st of September
Then you will be able to access the hoonigan pack
Microsoft doesn’t need to step up to do anything in this case. Your issue is with Amazon … not Microsoft. You purchased a product from Amazon, not Microsoft … it’s up to Amazon to support it.
Your joking correct, I thought so.. your so funny. This is a deal partnered with Microsoft and Amazon. It IS up to Microsoft to allow or not allow Amazon to give codes for a Microsoft game. Amazon does not make Microsoft games and cannot act on their own behalf.. once again thanks for absolutely no constructive ideas, or solutions and completely wasting everyone’s time reading your “comment” Thank you for the laugh at least, and I hope I can educate you that Amazon does not have any authority whatsoever to act on behalf of a Microsoft product. Retailers all “partner” with Microsoft, it’s a commerce business thing .. lmao
Sorry, but it IS up to Amazon to supply you with your code, just as it was the responsibility of such companies as Best Buy, Target, Game Stop, etc to supply codes for additional cars to who ever purchased earlier games from any of those companies. Nowhere have you established that Microsoft would not give Amazon the codes. The only thing you have established is that the peson(s) you contacted at Amazon had no knowledge of this matter. You also stated that they are looking in to it. There is nothing anyone on these forums can do for you other than suggest that you keep checking with Amazon.
That is the way it has always been. I purchased earlier games from GameStop, and in each of these cases Game Stop provided me with the codes for the additional content, which happened to be cars.
I did have a similar situation in an earlier game with a promotion that Pizza Hut was running in conjunction with a Forza title. The local store had no idea what I was talking about, so I politely contacted Pizza Hut Corporate and provided them with a copy of my dated sales receipt proving I did what I needed to do to satisfy the conditions of the promotion. Guess what? I received a response from PIZZA HUT, with the promised code, along with an apology that the local store did not know of the promotion. No where did Microsoft get involved. Pizza Hut corporate did what they needed to do, since it was their promotion.
Hopefully you can now stop laughing and continue to pursue your case with Amazon.
Also, it may be of interest to you to read what Talby71 wrote a few posts above this one.
I appreciate your opinion, I will wait to hear from the actual companies, not a forum guy. this post was for them to notice not any little people of which you and myself most definitely are in fact. Good luck on the Forum have fun

Well … I hope you are not placing all your trust in a response from T10 here on the forums. They rarely if ever respond to threads here and haven’t for years. A couple of us have tried to help you by directing you to where you need to go for support for your issue … but you seem to not be interested in listening to our advice.
Hope your issue is resolved satisfactorily for you somehow.
Any partnership between T10 and its distributors is irrelevant, your contract is with your supplier and as such any enquiry regarding your purchase should be addressed to them.
thanks
