If i preorder (now) do i get hoonigan for fh3 and fm7?

So i looked att hoonigan pack for fh3 and saw that it is included if pre order forza 7.

Is this still active ?? Relese for fm7 is I’m ocotober for me.

Yes, it is still active.

If you preorder the digital version of the game before it’s initial release (I would say early release just to be safe), you will receive the Hoonigan pack in FH3 and FM7.
