This tread seriously needs to stop guys. Theres so many races set up in Eventslabs is ridicules. Its lazy gaming by players that are abusing a feature meant for handicapped players. Why buy the game if you not going to play it properly?

Good luck with that one…people want to reach maximum level with zero effort for some reason. Maybe it’s considered an achievement if you can reach the maximum level in a driving game without actually doing any driving?

I refuse to auto drive to gain max level or credits. It’s pure laziness, nothing less. A real achievement is doing it by actually driving. I would have accomplished that in fh4 if the game hadn’t become so buggered at the end, I had over 42k races and made prestige 10, level 2300+ before fh5 was released. Would have made max level if they didn’t add Steam and all the problems that came with it to the mix.

Thats only if you sit there and watch it. set up a race and go to work or go out and about and let it run while not home.
It doesn’t work anymore. Well, it still works, but is not as effective as it was.
There is nothing more they can do.

with cars up to 30 million in the autoshow, i think it’s an excellent way to farm credits and wheelspins for those of us who are completionists. some of us have already done all the events in the game and are just trying to complete our car collections. this is an easy way of doing so while we are at work or asleep.

If people use gameplay mechanics like this I have no issue with it. Playground Games could easily implement a method for detecting afk and time out the game if detected.
What’s an AFK race?
Away From Keyboard race. Using the accessibility options like auto-drive etc…put a rubber band around your right trigger to keep it depressed then set a 50 lap Goliath so you can run it whilst not actively playing ie you are at work etc as the game auto-drives the car for you.
Soules Reaper, Vlad9118 - prizes are lower, like 1/10(?) of what it was before.
EDIT: on 2nd thought, maybe it is related to rank of person? is leveling up constant or does it increase XP needed?
cause my info comes from ppl that owns pre-order, so maybe they have to high rank to make it work now?
If you have VIP you get double rewards from races. Also using a Forza Edition car for the AFK race boosts rewards i believe or at least XP it does and having the car perks helps as well.
It’s a dumb feature that should be removed. Especially since the ai is actually not that bad. I made a video of it where I let the ai do a rivals. It got top 3%. The AI is better than 97% of people playing the game.
I’d be okay auto braking or auto steering for people with one hand (though they make a special controller for them or they can use a wheel). But having the game literally be able to drive for you is feature just waiting to be abused. Then again, does it matter that much what rank someone is? As long as inflation isn’t a thing in the game…

It is a feature that exists because not everyone is able bodied, you ignorant bigot. It is a great feature that allows vastly more people to enjoy playing this game. The only that should be removed are people like you, who are so absurdly self-centred that you can’t imagine any other kind of person existing. You are what ruins games, not an accessibility feature.

Wow dude, calm down. He litterally said, that he’s ok with auto braking/steering for handicapped people. No need to throw a tantrum like a little spoiled child and especially no need to call someone a “bigot”. I would suggest to read texts properly, before going into a useless rage mode, because this lets you look like a mad social justice warrior.

It will eventually drive up inflation because they are the only ones with 20 million credits they can toss away like it’s nothing when the majority of players are still buying houses and such.

What’s even worse is that many cars have recommended tunes full of afk tunes. It’s now even more difficult to find decent tunes.
