So, I’m not quite sure what is going on. I got my Pontiac affinity to level 25 but did not receive my badge for Pontiac. It’s worked with Porsche, Nissan, Ford and Toyota but not Pontiac. I was wondering if any T10 member could help me. I can provide screenshots of proof if needed. Any help is appreciated! Also, I tried searching for other threads but I kept getting an error so if this already has been talked about I apologize in advance!

There are common bugs that cause this, usually involving XP earned in showcase races. If you keep driving Pontiacs, it will unlock eventually. The “missing” XP will likely have been silently awarded to another manufacturer, whose badge will unlock early as a result. This only affects badges, not the crew chief card.
I have 100% of the badges. In one case I reached the level 25 with exactly the correct amount. Even though it showed completed I needed to run one more short race (in my case 1 lap of Indy oval) to pop the badge. This was on a manufacturer that had 0 affinity before I started racing it: all laps on the Nurburgring full in free play. i don’t remember which one it was, but it wasn’t Pontiac
I don’t usually do showcase events. Usually just Free Play races either by myself or split screen with my dad. I tried running a short race with one lap and it didn’t unlock it yet. I have the Pontiac Crew Chief perk but do not have the badge yet.
As Swooshian said, it is a glitch where the points are tallied to the wrong manufacturer - the ONLY fix is for you to keep racing using Pontiac until that imbalance is resolved.
I’ve had this happen with a couple of manufacturers. The way I got the badges was to run a career race with a car from the manufacturer. I found this solution in another thread and it worked for me. When I completed the career race, I got a message about the badge being available. Free Play, Multiplayer and Rivals didn’t work.
