Hello everyone , this is the first post I’ve ever done on the Forza forms 
. I wish it was for a better reason unfortunately . The other day Monday December 17th , i came into contact with a individual while playing Forza Motorsport 7 online open B class hopper . This Individual decided he would become the a mobile rolling marshal , and proceeded to block me , then take me out wile entering the first straight away at spa because i’m in a very fast top speed tuned 2004 civic , and he didn’t like that in his BMW apparently . Then after the race , he starts sending me messages on Xbox live saying i’m going to be banned even though he was being the dirty driver . So i guess him and his buddies all got together and reported me under false pretenses and now i’m banned for a couple days , no biggie , i have other racing games i can play . But i’m more upset with the fact that someone can ban you online without a investigation or without previous strikes or warning against your account . The fact that people can form a pack mentality towards a individual and single him out in order to feel they accomplished a false sense of justification is ridiculous . If i’m such a dirty racer , then how is this the first ban i have ever received in the almost ten year relationship I’ve had playing the Forza series . This just seems like a abuse of power , an abuse of the marshal program . It seems like this might just be one bad apple in the Forza community , but i thought i would put it on the Forza Motorsport 7 form just to give you guys a heads up to look out for [Mod Edit - do not name and shame other players on the forums whether they are Race Marshals or not - MM] (this is his gamer tag) . He seems very angry and he likes to abuse the marshal program so watch out guys , just stay out of his way or he will get you banned lol
Do you have a video as proof?
The GT he mentioned in his post has, most likely the OP got banned because of his repeatedly abuse of tracklimits on that race.
Would you mind linking that proof in DM’s? (Not sure if you can link it here). Curious to see. Only if you can link it of course.

After looking at the footage, I’m actually going to have to stay natural however side slightly more with the OP because that particular material was cutting corners & track extending a bit as well tbh. Also be did definitely block the OP when he easily could’ve just kicked him after the race, no need for the block what so ever. If the OP got a temporary ban, so should the martial. I’ll finish with saying this though. Or of all the things I’ve seen in Forza, the OP didn’t make contact with the martial until he was blocked & the corner cutting wasn’t the worst I’ve seen. It was all in all pretty tame compared to what usually goes on in hoppers. To reiterate though, that marshal should get a temp ban too if the OP did.
Thank you EpicEvan777 , it would be nice if both parties involved had repercussions .I was simply bringing attention to that fact i was in a open b class hopper , where i’ve seen people go 150+ MPH into corner five on spa taking out several people in the process , with no repercussions for there actions . yet i get banned because this guy is angry and knows people in the community . I didn’t mention his name to get him banned or for people to start DM’ing him , just for people to be aware that if you drive a civic online and “some how experience under steer” while driving said civic . Be aware that this guy will report you and abuse reporting system to get you banned .
I know it’s been stated before, but just to make it perfectly clear, race marshals cannot ban anyone, only T10 can. In addition, marshals are REQUIRED to submit video evidence when reporting a player. The staff at T10 then review the evidence and they alone determine if a ban is warranted.
Race marshals are also given a very strict set of guidelines and a code of conduct that they must abide by. ANY deviation or infraction of either and a marshal will be immediately removed from the program.
Note that I’m not taking any sides here or offering any opinions on what may or may not have happened, just making sure everyone fully understands how the process works.
This is something that also needs to be known. To my knowledge the only power race marshals have is kicking a player from a lobby & effectively reporting the other marshals & turn 10 members. I could be wrong but I believe that’s the case.
My point still stands however that after looking wry the footage, if the OP was punished with a ban, the marshal should have been too.
Thank you EZT MAKO 6669 . I didn’t know the exact wording to describe how this situation occurred when i put up the original post . I have learned a lot about the marshal program and the reporting system through Turn10 from this unfortunate event . I have played every game in this series for nine years and have never been banned . By my reputation and years of experience playing this game , clearly labeled on my account , i don’t think proper investigations and steps were implemented in this case unfortunately . Especially since both parties were involved in the exchange during the online race .
I believe he kicked me from the B class lobby too , i left to go play A class after that race because of that experience so i’m not sure exactly . But i couldn’t join a B class hopper after that situation , so i’m assuming he did kick me . He is a marshal , i have direct evidence of him bragging about being a marshal , and that my behavior “is what they look for” . Even though he was blocking me . This is a classic case of power going to someones head . Could you send me a link for the video evidence or tell me how to access please . I’ve never had to to this before but i’m not letting this go …
Do you also have direct evidence of you cursing at him and bragging about “introducing him to the wall” or was that part going to be omitted?

First of all i dint curse at him , i called him a little kid , get it right if you are going to call me out .That’s what he gets, is a little wall for being a [Mod Edit - Abbreviated profanity, profanity and profanity that is disguised but still alludes to the words are not permitted - D] lol . If he’s a marshal , like he claimed . He shouldn’t have acted like a little kid and blocked me , maybe be a little more reserved when reacting to people , you know a thing called professionalism ? . I drove a little civic with under steer , i had under steer going up corner three . So he acted unprofessional for a marshal , and didn’t like me passing him in a civic i guess lol .
Well he happens to be a good friend of mine and I asked him what happened when I saw this post. I’ve seen the conversation and you most certainly did curse at him and then brag about putting him into the wall. I’ve also seen the video and you are not quite the victim here you’re making yourself out to be. And for the record, in most motorsports a single block is fair play (look up the “One Move Rule”). So here’s a little advice: don’t cut corners, don’t ram people into walls and don’t curse at people through XBL messages whilst admitting to unsporting conduct (that’s a good way to get a ban from Microsoft, not just Turn 10).
