I have had a problem trying to download forza motorsport 7 ultimate edition on my pc since before september even began. I pre ordered it because i was a big fan of forza ever since 2 (yea i had a chance to get forza 1 on my OG xbox but i was a gran turismo fan lol. Nonetheless i decided to go big or go home this time and went full power to buy the 100 dollar version. I had just upgraded my graphics card to a 1070. By the way here are my specs:
Intel i7 - 4770K CPU @ 3.50GHZ
32GB of RAM
WINDOWS 10 PRO
Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1070 windforce OC
Now that we got that out the way, ive been utterly ticked off on how many times i tried downloading it from the windows store only for it to fail with an error. I went to the microsoft community to ask for help and they provided a lot of solutions which all failed. Heres a link to it by the way:

Now that september 29th, and october 3rd have passed im now able to download it, and when it finishes it begins to install, HURRAY RIGHT? WRONG it begins installing and gives me the same god damn errors as it did before when it would stop downloading. I have tried everything to get it to work, tried instralling it on two different drives which both got over 200GB of space. One is a solid state the other a HDD. ive tried to store reset, poweshell repair bull, nothing works. I will be providing every screenshot of every failed attempt i have. THis has been so irritating, i had to download and play on my xbox because i wanted to play the damn game. but cant enjoy it as i had hoped cuz its not on my pc.
I had posted this issue on september 2nd, way before all of this was even a thing. I posted a review on the windows 10 store of the game saying it cant download and the team replied with some unhelpful generic answer then deleted my 1/5 star review.
I have a stable 70+mbps connection as well as a virus free computer.
Im on the verge of just asking for a refund, and going to Gran turismo sport or Project cars 2.

Oh and also, the error code i always get, incase you havent noticed already is :Error code 0x80073D0D
And one more thing, if the only solution that anyone can give me is just, “do a system restore, or clean install windows 10.” im going to just ask for a refeund, and go to another racing game series. theres no reason i have to delete all my other apps, programs and waste time reinstalling apps or programs that are lost via system restore/clean install because one game cant get their **** together.
OH and if you may believe its because i have a bad account or i cant download anything from the windows 10 store, i have forza horizon 3, and Halo wars 2 on this PC which downloaded and installed perfectly fine.
