Another suggestion I would like to be implemented in regards to Ray Tracing.
I mean, is it possible for Turn 10 to create separated Performance RT profiles on consoles?
There’s the current one, which I don’t like very much in spite of dynamic resolution. The reflections we have right now doesn’t feel like they are game changing, while being a heavy resource/resolution drain, making cars look less detailed since the reflections are less detailed.
However, I feel we could have a second profile based just on shadows and lightnings, without the reflections part.
Shadows and lightning I believe were pretty well done, and they can be really really immersive. I have had a race at night and it was beautifully done in how it interacted with the windy and foggy weather at SPA.
Maybe it could allow to have better resolution output without the reflections, providing a better experience overall. Kind of an all-around mode.
If possible, can you look into making a RT Shadows/Lightning only mode?
