40fps mode for Quality Mode - XSX

Hello,

Would it be possible to add a 40fps mode for those with 120HZ TVs? Some games like Horizon, SpiderMan, Hogwarts and others includes a 40FPS mode for those with 120HZ, this way we can still keep most of the bells and whistles visually with the aditional 10fps which makes a big difference in motion clarity as 30fps (specially on Oled) looks pretty rough for such a high speed game.

Whats difference between 40fps on a 60hz 120hz and 144hz monitor? Wouldn’t they all be the same?
