I did this in Horizon 3 & it worked out quite well so I thought I’d do the same now that I’ve finished playing FM7.
The idea was to give new players a little boost at the start of the game so with that in mind I’ve decided on 25 winners, each receiving a maximum sum of 11,000,000CRs - that should be enough to make a difference. All you have to do for now is register by posting your GT in this thread, it’s that simple. When it comes time to collect your CRs I’ll be searching your auctions by your GTs so please specify any zeros, 1’s, L’s etc.
Offer is only open to players who have a Collection Tier score of 25 or lower at time of auction.
Any questions please feel free to post in this thread, no PMs or XBL messages please.
That’s it for now, hopefully I’ll get 25 entrants in the next few days, if not then I’ll consider opening it out to higher Collection Tiers,
Good luck,
MD.
Quick question, When it comes time to collect your CRs I’ll be searching your auctions by your GTs
How does this work then?Do i also have to list a car in the auction house or have i totally got it wrong…?
Yes, it’s the only way we can transfer in game Credits to each other. I’ll outline the details when I’ve got a complete list of winners, but you’ll have plenty of scope to get your prize
edit: you can click the link in the first post to see how it ran last year…
Aahh i see,i think! So if i am one of the lucky ones i need to auction a car near to the giveaway price when the competition is over?
This is a very very big hearted idea,i didnt visit the FH3 forums hardly at all so not seen it before.Think of all the finished games with credits just sitting there doing nothing.lol
You’re GUARANTEED to be one of the lucky ones, sorry I should’ve stated it’s a First-come-first-served deal
It’s a bit of a throwback to the early days of FM2. Credits were really hard to come by for a complete novice painter like me & I remember being given 10,000,000 to help me get by - on the strict instructions that I pass them on to someone else after I’d got on my feet. The game used to give us so many opportunities to do this sort of thing & there have been some really cool & generous people among the Forza ‘community’.
Unfortunately, this is about all we’re able to do nowadays… better than nothing I suppose but nothing like it used to be.
