Oh man. Sorry to hear that. But you weren’t in the correct menu. You were in your Creative Hub … where clicking on a shared design will download it. Even if it’s your own design.
The menu where I posted the screenshot above that shows downloads, likes and uses is in the My Designs section of your garage. Sorry if I wasn’t clear enough and led you to some confusion.
