Hi I just wanted to explain my situation.i did post a similar post but I’m still unsure. So I have a brand new xbox one x with a 4k TV and every now and again whilst playing forza4 (offline) I get a split second frame drop or micro stutter whatever u want to call it. This happens in both performance and 4k Mode. It’s very short when it does happen but nethertheless it’s annoying as my xbox one s also did this (not as frequently). And I really thought getting a xbox one x would run the game perfect.
Don’t get me wrong it doe run very well it’s just sometimes this thing happens. I run a digital copy on the Xbox hard drive. Does anyone else here know what I mean? I’m guessing it’s normal as my kit is brand new. Thanks
LOL! What does your ‘brand new kit’ have anything to do with it? It’s not a new car engine that you need to break in!
Try playing offline.
If that fails, then do a full hard reset of your console - cut the power completely - wait 2-3 mins, plug back in.
Also, don’t have any stuff running in the background. Launch FH4 first thing after you turn on the console.

P.S: Check to make sure all processing is off on your TV.
Hello I’d like to say makeing my xbox to offline in settings solved it. I think it’s a sync thing when in game sometimes the synchronization maybe causes a slight stutter
Yeah, could be the network stuff. I don’t have any problem but sometimes when new players are around it needs some sync.

I don’t have an Xbox One X any more, but when I did have one, I don’t recall noticing much in the way of micro stutters.
I had FH4 installed on a USB SSD, which makes it run much better than it does on the internal HDD. It might seem like the USB interface would be a bottleneck, but it’s sufficiently faster than the internal HDD to provide a nice performance boost.
Super! Glad to help, although no stutters here for me on xbox one-x with a 20mb/10mb upload broadband connection.
The guy is talking about play offline with this issue…It’s exactly the same problem i have had since launch
