Xbox advice please.

Hi guys, I think I’m going to get another xbox one as mine seems to have all sorts of problems with loading and playing forza.
Having bought all the download content of forza 7, could anyone tell me if it’s possible to transfer my Gamer tag and saved content straight over to the new box
I’m firstly worried about loosing my download content and secondly my progress. I’m getting a bit long in the tooth these days so any help would be really appreciated

Gamesaves are stored in the cloud, so when you log in with your account they’re accessible on the new console.

Enable network game transfer
Network transfer lets one Xbox console copy games and apps from another console, so long as they’re on the same home network. Copying this way can be faster than downloading another copy of the same game or app. If you have a metered internet connection, this can also save you money.

Any Xbox One (original Xbox One, Xbox One S, and Xbox One X) can be either the source or the destination console.

On the Xbox you want to copy from, go to Settings > Network > Network transfer and check the box to allow network transfer. This makes that Xbox visible to other consoles on the same network.
Once you’ve allowed transferring from the “host” Xbox, turn on the console onto which you’ll be copying games and apps, and go to the same settings page. Your host Xbox should be listed.
Select the Xbox you want to copy from, choose the items to copy, then select Copy selected.

The quickest method to transfer game installs from one XBox to another … especially if you have a lot of games installed … is to connect an external hard drive to your current XBox and transfer the game installs over to the external hard drive. Then … once you have the new XBox … set it to use the external hard drive for game storage as well and all you need to do is move your external hard drive with all games on it to the new XBox and you’re ready to play immediately. No transfers, no downloads, no installs.
