if your paying for game pass witch isn’t free you are paying for the games on a monthly or Yearly basis what kind of Logic is that!?!?

Why? I see the fact that Motorsport couldn’t save itself from failing even further within the monthly updates, despite most of the new cars being recycled & drip-fed from FH5, and majority of new cars are in Car Pass only. All because of this “licensing” and stuff, I will never tolerate it as an excuse anymore. And speaking of new updates, they sometimes introduce new issues.
If Turn 10 can’t fix their huge mistakes, I won’t be buying anything from them ever again. I would BOYCOTT for sure. And as for Playground Games, they were lazy sometimes too, but they added some nice and some boring cars in updates. I must have mixed opinions with Horizon. But I might be done with this entire franchise by the time FH5 ends its life cycle.
Unfortunately, they won’t be able to fix that. The game is already dead, what would be the point ?
Then I won’t support the devs anymore. I would be fully done by now and then. I’ll pick another good racing game to chill in peace, like some old racing games and stuff, the ones I grew up back in the golden ages.
I don’t like the multiplayer mode because you wast to much time in the trainin and the clasification and sometimes the game kick you out when the race is going to start, it’s realy frustrating!! The car pack is extramly disapointing because you only put racing cars, and dont put regular cars. Your game is not as good lake the previosones.
I have played all the forza games, except fhe forza 5, and this last one is the wors in the mecanics of games.
Also, Multiplayer in FM is filled with same old rammers and the Penalty system is an unfunny joke where the player who gets rammed gets penalized and the rammer doesn’t.
I think now both get punished. I rammed some AI cars yesterday and did get penalties, usually i only got a penalty if they rammed me. But that doesn’t make it any better. They should just remove the system, this way it also can’t be abused. There will always be ramming you can’t stop ppl from doing that no penatly system can teach ppl to behave clean on the track.

I finally received a refund. The technique is to speak to an actual human person at Microsoft Support. How you achieve reaching a real person is really down to your imagination.
**To summarise my thoughts: **
Turn 10 Studio lured their fans with nostalgia and questionable marketing. They abused our love of the Forza franchise and car culture to deliver a substantially different product from that which was advertised.
The franchise and situation could have been salvaged at any point if only 1 person at T10 were willing (or allowed) to take some accountability for the situation, accept reality and start delivering what was actually promised.
This has not happened - T10 studio is clearly inept and behaving borderline fraudulently.
I tried to make a difference in the forums and draw attention to their behaviour in hopes that it would stimulate some kind of action or response, hoping to help save the franchise that I’ve always enjoyed.
For criticising T10 I’ve been pretty consistently called various slurs by people defending the studio’s behaviour - at no point do the community managers on the forum seem to penalise any of the “entitled children” rhetoric. Meanwhile if you so much as use the word ‘lie’ you receive a several week temporary ban.
To those people: Enjoy your broken game and abusive relationship with the studio. I tried.
T10 - congrats on creating another Sony and GT customer - I won’t be buying any product released by your studio and I’ll be sure to warn others away also.
Congratulations Mr Frog! Hope you stick around the forums though. There might be some who could be helped by your “refund” experience.
I’m sure there aren’t many people playing this anymore. As a gamepass player, when the number 5 “ring” update dropped, I was getting some delays on gamepass due to a lot of players on line. For about the first two or three days after the update. Then those stopped. Following this number 6 update, I have yet to encounter any delays signing in with gamepass. There didn’t even seem to be a bump in players immediately following the update.
I strongly agree with your opinion. I’m with you on this.
At least for me, I never bought FM ever since it released because it went downhill big time.

How did you reach a real person? I was passed from one bot to another…
Yeah, I had that issue at first - the exact combination I used to get to a person is not 100% clear to me but I believe the sequence was to actually type ‘speak to a person’ into the chat bot - and for certain issues it will then have a clickable link to chat with an agent.
The trick is to find an issue from the list of available support topics that then responds to the phrase “speak to a human” by prompting you with the link.
Good luck and remember to be nice to the person you speak to it’s not their fault T10 miss-sold to us.
How many hours he you put in to the game when you got it refunded. If you don’t mind me asking?
300 Hours.
Most of that time spent trying to get the game to actually work properly.
They should of paid me for the 300 hours of testing and bug reporting.
