I have (and many others) posted in support about the online problem but no one helps.
Do you give a … Turn 10. Do you care that people spent money on your game and get no support?
Is there anyone from Turn 10 with enough guts to answer this???

This is my last Forza game. Not even bothering to update monthly rivals? What a joke.
Recently there’s been someone named JONK1969 that’s been posting on some threads and providing information on what Turn 10 does. Try looking up his posts.
Not gonna say which turn 10 person that said this but this person said that they dont know why they play anymore as this game is boring to them, so kinda sums up how they feel about the game so probably goes the same way about how they feel about the players.
It’s tangible in the game, the forums and the way they engage anyone with a complaint, criticism or request.
This kind of thing really starts from the top and permeates everything. If those at the top have genuine enthusiasm and energy, the things we’ve observed just won’t stand, there would have been changes already.
Turn 10s staff have been quite active recently and looked into and resolved lots of issues. I have been very pleased with the effort been made.
If you ask in a civilised manner and give detailed feedback backed with good research and evidence they job is made much easier.
Critising and being sarcastic will get you nowhere.
