I have purchased brand new, every title put out to date on all three platforms, few of them were Collectors edition, a few duplicate copies just in case. I am a loyalist to the company. I don’t cheat, don’t illegally mod, race as if I was at the track and treat all the same.
So I was a bit confused as to why I logged on yesterday to Forza 4 and saw that my faithful dedication to the title and hard earned rank of 270+( I really lost count at this point) had been reset by Turn10!!??

So I sent Support here at the bottom of the screen a ticket yesterday. Today I received an automated reply stating they have too high of a volume of email to respond to my support ticket which was never viewed by a human and therefore was referred back to the dumb useless FAQ page and xBox TOS and TOU
Is THIS the state of what you guys claim is the leader in console racing and their opinion of what such a kingpin should be treating paying customers that ensured their kids get a good education from the hundreds of millions spent on your titles over the last decade?
So now the biatching fest is over…question time;
Where/who do I contact to get my fairly acquired achievements back or a compensation to keep me as a customer?
well i’m waiting since 2 days and this is the 3rd one now … just to buy a car token ! seems Turn 10 as big as it is they have no interesting in new customers and a very poor support ! at least you got an auto reply lol … me i didn’t get anything
Have patience. The automated response you received ensures Turn 10 indeed has received the email. As noted, they do not have the time to individually respond to each one received, but they all are investigated as they prioritize them.
Are you talking about the Driver Level displayed in Multi-Player? If so, that is a known display bug. It “wraps” back to Zero each time you get to 256. If you look at your Driver Level in the single-player section of the game it will display your actual Driver Level.
If that is not the issue you’re having, please give a clearer description (and try to put a hold on attitude).
Don is right it sounds like you got to driver level 256 and then your level starts back at 0. If you look at your driver profile you will see your true rank. Don’t panic as it happens to all of us and its not a big deal
No, I was at 271, I was unaware there was such a bug, thanks for bringing to light. Wonder why it missed my for so long. I had not played in almost two months due to uncontrollable reasons and it had never changed. then just randomly a few times played and then I noticed.
but then this is the part I guess must be the bug;
at the end of race, when XP is awarded, my accumulation goes up and shows my current level is 272 as of last night. When returning to lobby, if I press right and hover my GT, it says level 5 now.
Just sucks, couple that with the fact that the ONLY way you can use any of your DLC is to be connected to online and not attainable any other way just really kinda stinks. If you pay for the download, it should be saved as a file, it does take up space on the HD after all.
That would be incorrect. If you have DLC and have moved your save to a new console or hard drive, you need to follow the instructions in this Xbox Support article to properly align the licenses to the current location: Xbox Support
It is very simple to do, takes but a few minutes, and then you can use everything you’ve paid for on- or off-line.
