Will the PC version ever have full wheel and pedal support?

I stopped racing on consoles a long time ago. I used to have a decent wheel and pedal set for the XBOX-360, but now I only have a wheel and pedal set for PC.

My wheel is a Fanatec Clubsport V2 base with BMW GT rim. My pedals are ECCI Trackstar 6000 standalone USB 3 pedal unit. Wheel and pedals are connected to the PC separately.

Both wheel and pedals work great in any other PC racing game I have tried. But they will not work with Forza 6 Apex or Forza Horizon 3. Why not?

Is there any plans to add wheel and pedal support for FH3 that will allow the use of any wheel and pedal combo that can connect to PC?

If so, when?
