Will rally make a return?

Most of your probably remeber in the first horizons they came out with a rally expansion. Everything was turned into dirt and trails and we got some new rally cars. You can probably argue that we already have rally but not like it used to be. There were specific rally upgrades like a jacked up suspension, transmission etc. I was wondering if it will make appearance later on in the game and if anyone else likes the idea?

There was also no tuning, which could be argued that some of those upgrades are no longer necessary since you can tune.

I wouldn’t mind seeing rally specific springs that allow for higher ride height than the race springs do - they only allow you to bring it back to stock…

True, I forgot there was no tuning. The only upgrades that would matter are the rally/dirt tires and springs. You still can’t make the cars high enough on the race spring we have now. Maybe they should consider adding those two things and online rally/off-road specific championships.

There is a massive difference between racing tires and rally dirt tires. There was some tuning in the Dirt series and i would love a shot at tuning with rally parts in FH2!!

I haven’t read any of the other post cause I’m not into Horizon but I would like to see a rally class with courses in the motorsport titles to come minus the terrible physics you will normally find in rally franchises.

Is there ever going to be a Rally DLC in horizon 2 or not. If there is that would be the best thing ever cuz thats the only thing i did in the first one and thats the only thing i do now. so if someone could shed some light and or if you want it to post it.

Nobody of the forum’s general public would know such a thing without an official announcement.

In an interview before the games release it was a question that was asked and the answer was no, there will be no Rally DLC.

They could of at least let us use the kits! Mudflaps and so on.

My Subaru (I think it’s one of the subarus) has mudflaps…
