This is a terrible problem with H3. Here is the issue, if you use bumper or hood cams and someone passes through your car or drifts through your car, you see the inside of their car. You are completely blinded sometimes and cannot see the road at all. They need to be like in Forza 7, transparent. First it’s no rear view mirror and still none from the videos of H4 I have seen in those views. So it’s constant look back which causes missed checkpoints and turns in collisions on and than it’s seeing the inside of people’s cars in ghost. How is this fair Playground? I ask because someone just decided to block me because I asked him nicely if he could possibly not drift through me. He only did it when he got near me so pretty much blinding me on purpose. If the ghosts were transparent I wouldn’t have had to ask him and he would not have blocked me for no reason. So thanks for getting me blocked from the one ghost lobby there is. I guess I need to get there first from now on. Not too bright on his part either. I was just practicing for H4. People are just rude. I don’t bother people on the drive to races and get 2 inches from their rear bumper for no reason or block people who do it.
Hrm. Never really thought about the lack of a rearview in hood cam. The road ahead being what’s important, I don’t pay much attention to what’s going on behind. Probably being chased by Langoliers or something.
So far the ghosting I’ve seen in FH4 videos has been examples of open world ghosting in chase cam. It didn’t look particularly transparent on the pass through… hard to say for sure, though.
I’m not sure if you can call it a no collision race. If you watched some of the gameplay shown at Gamescom you can see some Forzathon Live gameplay… there are some race to destination events. The cars are ghosted as well. 
I think it is a legitimate gripe. Better than the shifter knob is wrong or something that does not affect gameplay. The problem with no rear view mirror is when someone can pass it is hard to tell. Than they get mad and think you’re blocking and start hitting you. It is just a weird oversight that keeps happening. Been commenting on this since H2. Even in cockpit sometimes you get half a mirror.
