It really annoys me that there are so many BMW, I hate BMW and even worse my Drivatar seems to drive ALLWAYS a freaking BMW.

Although BMW have occasionally built something interesting, to me they’re just like Audi and Mercedes, in that all of their modern cars are incredibly dull. All have older cars that are great, but their modern ones are so boring, they all look identical.

I can understand carping about too many Fords…but BMW’s ----- NAH! They are great cars that are nuanced in such a way to make each model unique in its own right, body styling notwithstanding. But on the acceleration pace of this game - WOW, but weird. The game has been out for less than 3 weeks and already I am 50% completed and one race away from unlocking the Horizon Championship race, which I find rather strange, since for the most part all I do is race around the map like a mad-man racking up skill points galore - yuh just gotta love that bloody map - and stopping for the occasional street race here and there. I guess I stopped for too many of them - LOL stats are stats!

I love how people say that all the models look the same. The 458 and 488 look the same just as the Reventon and Aventador do. Every Aston Martin and Porsche more or less looks the same too, the Ford Fiesta and Focus have hardly any difference. VW Polo and Golf look the same, Veyron and Chiron has barely any difference, and so on.
There’s so many BMW cars in game because they’re not stingy or selfish to not let Forza use their cars. BMW is also one of the world’s favourite manufacturers

BMW SUCK!!! what good have they ever done? well apart from beating MG, Honda, Subaru in arguably the worlds toughest championship, the BTCC Manufactures and Teams championship. Also winning 3 World Touring Car Championships, while still using a H pattern up until 2009.
Its a shame there aren’t many car fans left, just people who like certain niches. I just don’t get the hate people have for car culture that they aren’t into. I don’t care much for drifting but I have nothing against its inclusion in games and other peoples enjoyment of it. Nor do I care for these tuner car widebody kits and wings because they make no sense from a performance point of view and I like my aero to be purposeful, but I understand other adore that scene and who am I to complain?
I don’t get the point about similar models, its easier to adapt cars than create new ones, and if you are a car guy/girl then can’t you appreciate the differences even if they are slight. I always find BMWs of the modern era pretty ugly, yet when they get their mid life facelift they become pretty nice looking, I thought the latesr BMW 1 series looked like pig from Angry Birds, yet the updated looks fantastic.
I do think it would make sense if the similar variants were only in when the game has a big roster like Motorsports 500+ cars and not Horizons much smaller list, especially when we have 2 variants of one car but its rival gets left behind in Motorsport 6.

I prefer see many models of BMW’s then so many circuit cars (those car pack) and also there is way too much Ferrari’s in my opinion
I mean, that game got beautiful landscape map and there is lot of idiot circuit cars or Ferrari’s if i’m using example a Corvette Horizon Edition
BMW has made many cars that have aged into cars well-liked by many enthusiasts. Some of them include the 328, the 507, the 3.0 CSL, the 2002 Turbo, the M1, and the E30 M3.
I like almost every pre-turn of the century BMW. Many of Barvaria’s newer metal, especially the E60 M5 and i8 for the stereotypical reasons (drift car and car I get annoyed with kids requesting it all the time respectively), I despise, but I can see why they are appreciated.
Why so many Golfs? (In previous games) Why so many Civics? Why so many Camaros? Why so many Mustangs? Why so many AUDIs?
Seriously, be happy that there are plenty of cars - both makes and models - to play with. If you dont like BMW there are 300+ other cars to play with. Not many games can claim that.

I don’t really understand this thread to be honest. I am BMW biased probably because my family has owned BMW’s for all my life at least and we currently own a 2.8l BMW Z3 but still, this is how I see things. Yes there are a lot of BMW’s in the game but I don’t understand why people are complaining about it? BMW are a world wide known brand and have contributed massively in motorsport for years. Cars like the 2002 Turbo, M1 and a lot of other classic BMW’s are very sought after. Bear in mind they are also a really good selling point for Forza as well. Even people who aren’t into motorsport or really into cars in general, know who BMW are even if they can’t name a model. I have never in my life heard someone say BMW? Who are they? But going back to my problem with this thread, why are people unhappy about the amount of BMW’s? Most of us, myself included, complain about the lack of cars so why are people complaining about about there being too many BMW’s? Would the people that don’t like BMW want some of them to be removed? Is that fair on us that like BMW? No, obviously. I’m not a huge fan of Ferrari, yet I don’t complain about the amount of Ferrari’s in the game. I would argue that BMW have contributed just as much to motorsport then Ferrari but at the end of the day there isn’t a two page thread complaining about Ferrari lol. Yes I would like there to be more cars in certain manufacturers like Buick, Maserati and a few others as well but having more BMW’s I don’t see as a bad this.
So again, what do people want? Do they want turn 10 and playground to not add anymore BMW’s in? Do they want them to remove some BMW’s? I don’t really know to be honest.
BMW have always innovated and excelled in their engineering and design. They are drivers cars.
The M cars in particular have always been about setting new standards for other manufacturers to follow.
They have competed and won many events in touring cars, formula one and rallying.
It also a BMW engine that powers the Mclaren F1 which was the fastest road car in the world at the time.
These little boxes especially the early cars are soaring in value and for very good reason.
I find some views here very ignorant, I don’t know much about US muscle cars other than they have ridiculously large volume engines with a low bhp per litre. It doesn’t mean they are bad cars it in fact to many that makes them desirable.
I would probably stop buying forza if they started cutting the classic BMWs

At the turn of the century, BMW came out with the E39 M5 and it was so far ahead of all other mass produced sedans that there wasn’t a single car in it’s class. It took three years before Merc and Audi had any kind of answer and it sparked a horsepower war. And even when Audi and Merc came out with their turbo charged behemoths, the BMW was still just as quick from 60-90, handled better, and reeled them at speeds over 100 mph. Get rid of the electronic limit on the speed and they will do 190mph … stock. Caddy was so proud of their 300hp Northstar engines, but the E39 M5 supposedly came with 394 hp or 400 hp, depending on where you heard it, in their naturally aspirated S62. and in all those engines hp was underrated. Those engines have been used in racing and in other cars, like the Ascari A10, which when driven around the Top Gear track by the Stig, it put down the fastest lap ever up to that point.
I didn’t like the E60 M5. And I’m not a big fan of BMWs from this century. Supercharging an E39 M5 made a better car than the E60 M5 quicker and faster than the E60 M5.
I’ve been driving one for over a decade and a half.
In my eyes there´s no point of having newer BMW Models in games. 1/2/3/4/5/6/7 … all look the same only differ in size/length a bit.
For me this are the most boring cars beside VW or Porsche to have in a PC game. See em all day on the streets, no need for in a game 
But this is just my opinion.
From my experience, what i´ve seen/heard from other games when they where developed, BMW is on of the few brands that give out the licenses very cheap to advertise their cars.
Maybe that´s the reason why there are so many in most new games these days.
