Race teams are the cancer of Forza Motorsport (Minus a few) who can abuse the ban/report system. They can do what they want and get away with it and the actual victims get punished while the real problem drivers roams free. A specific iHR member, he knows who he is, takes me out on Spa after a BMW 1M turns in on me and takes himself out and I keep going because not my problem. Here iHR guy comes and dive bombs me off in the next corner. I got falsely accused for something someone else did and now I’m banned because he was a dirty driver. Me and a lot of other people have been victimized and were the ones punished while the bad drivers of Forza are still able to race free of punishment.
GG, Turn10. This is the reason Forza is going downhill.

Yep, it’s a joke. You drive as clean as possible, and then when some entitled kid shows up and hits you, you’re just expected to lay over and take it. They can drive like absolute garbage, but the moment you push back, you’re the bad guy.
That’s not how the banning system works.
It takes a lot more than a few reports to get someone banned. Each report has to be backed up by a replay which has to be watched and only after that is someone banned.
More than likely you were banned for something other than that one specific race and you probably deserved it.
The system could use some improvements but racing bans are not handed out without cause.

Yeah, the reputation system has literally nothing to do with bans. The worst the rep system can do is affect matchmaking. Bans can only be handed out manually by T10 for specific offences.

Don’t put this on race teams, please. In all these years I’ve found only a couple of bad ones (the worst being the french ESC). Most of the time, it’s just a bunch of players with random names with no team tags in front.
And as already above, you’re confusing Turn 10 team with Xbox enforcing team .
If you get suspended/banned from a feature in Forza, it’s because T10’s team have found enough proof to take action. Either with replays of the full races, liveries against the rules etc. Now they don’t do it any longer for FM6 because they’re concentrating on FH3.
About Xbox enforcing team, players can report your xbox account for many different reasons. If for example you sent insulting messages to other players, there’s a written proof…so the Xbox enforcing team will take action within days. (Personally, every 2 weeks or so, I receive automatic messages from them, saying they took action).
It becomes a bit more complicated If players file complaints against you for bad behavior in-game or verbal abuse, for example. Xbox enforcing team needs A LOT of complaints. Then they can connect to your current online session and check by themselves what you’re doing and eventually suspend you from an entire xbox feature, if needed. But I don’t think this happens frequently, since I see the same players with “avoid me” reputation all the time.
