Seriously, why am I driving left hand drive cars in a game based in the UK?
Nearly all the NPC’s are driving left hand drive cars, and I was shocked to see me choose a Focus RS in the opening section of the game only to be plonked in the passenger seat with a steering wheel and pedals in front of me! Who signed off on this decision? It’s ridiculous. I bought the game to cruise around after getting through a portion of the game, and sitting in the wrong seat completely spoils that.
I cannot believe this was not thought of before releasing the game!
IT’S BASED IN THE UK. WE DRIVE IN THE RIGHT SEAT NOT THE LEFT.

What a shame as the game looked like it might be fun. But not in the bloody left seat it isn’t. That’s just lazy development with what I assume are re-used in game models of cars from previous games.
If you are going to base a game in God’s green and pleasant land then at least do us the courtesy of researching our country properly. Hmmpf.
A better question is where you had your head buried that you weren’t already aware of this, especially since it was so god awful important to you. One can only hope it was in sand.
Adapt and overcome. I live in a country where we drive on the right, Horizon 3 and 4 were based in left driving countries. I don’t mind. If these are issues you can’t handle, I wonder how you tackle the bigger issues in life.
Completely doesn’t agree, when people come from all over the world and attend Gumball Rally do they come with right hand driven cars? Wouldn’t think so, also majority of people dont drive on the wrong side in real life.

On a semi serious note though, there is a lack of consistency.
For example, the 2017 Nissan GTR is left hand drive, yet the 2002 Nissan GTR Black edition is right hand drive. Strange…
But hey at least the raging Brit can have his cake and eat it eh. I can drive sitting in the correct seat using the GTR Black and if I want to see what it feels like to be a silly foreigner that drives on the “wrong side of the road” with your strange cars that your passengers drive I can do that in the 2017 GTR.

Yeah, it’s a bit silly, I don’t see why they cannot just ‘flip’ the cockpit interior, surely it wouldn’t take too much work, but hey ho, it is what it is, and I’m too much of a FH fan to miss out on the game, as much as it annoys me.
I’m just glad the rs turbo, escort cossie, etc are RHD, I can relive my 90’s ‘yooth’ now
