to get a few bucks off my $20 a month Game Pass sub, Xbox presented me with my ‘Year in Review’ for 2024.
Wouldn’t have guessed this becaause I also spent a ton of time on Red Dead Redemption 2
( which I bought for 12 cents, again, thank you Microsoft Rewards points… best 12 cents I’ve ever spent ) but it looks like Forza Motorsport 2023 was my most played game.
74 hours running it which puts me in the top 4% of active players, now if I could just get into the top 5% with my actual racing and some of the Rivals times, that’d be great.
Also, 11 achievments and 230 points towards my Gamerscore, which has been steadily building since 2005.
Yeah, I’m old!
Point of this post is, the stats are there.
All of them.
The suits at Xbox and Turn 10 know exactly how long we play, how often we win or lose, what tracks we like, how many miles we’ve driven and even down to how long we sit nursing a drink and stare into the t.v. while watching a replay… which are stunningly beautiful by the way.
I’d like to thank Turn 10 for the work and dedication they’ve put in to Forza Motorsport over the past year, it is in my opinion far and away the best ‘sim’ racer a gamer is gonna find on a console.
Hope they keep the ‘live service’ component of the game alive for at least the next few years.
Forza Horizon 5 is still on that and that game’s been out for over 4 years, no reason Forza Motorsport can’t do the same.
There’s also no reason they can’t give us in game stats!!
