I don’t want it to take place anywhere right now. I want them to focus on expansions for FH4, it’s a wonderful game and it’s a long road ahead and many hours of racing to do.

I’d like to see one set in Japan - you’ve got mountains and coast close together, really built up cities and rural areas, the contrast of high tech and ancient, high speed motorways and tight winding mountain roads.

Alongside route 1 pacific coast highway, a map that is stretched long rather than square. Or in yellowstone national park.

Damn backspace, backed the page up and I lost everything I wrote. Anyways, Japan has my vote. With the recent introduction of the seasons, you couldn’t pick a better spot. Since none of the Horizon games have ever been to any sort of scale anyways, you could in theory make Horizon’s Japan the largest map to date. I’d go as far as to say the first four games combined, if they so desired, and it would still not seem out of place. Between the four largest islands along with their major cities and elevation changes, you cover every season and temperate zone except tropical. From the subtropical coastal city of Fukuoka on Kyushu in the south to near arctic Sapporo on Hokkaido in the north (the island averages 16ft of snowfall per year). Honshu, the largest of the islands, you have four major cities, one of which is so massive it could practically be its own game, Tokyo. You also have Kobe, Kyoto, and Osaka. How’s a race against the Shinkansen (Bullet Train) from Tokyo to Kyoto sound? There’s the Nagano and the mountains to the west of there. Feel like Tropical was left out? No worries, Okinawa can be the first DLC pack. LMAO, they edited the city name cause they though it was a swear. BWAHAHAHAHA

Obviously a mountainous eastern Asian location, Japan, would be ideal. Going by past titles, and their ability to amalgamate various regions into one map I.e. France/Italy, perhaps a Japan like main section followed by various underwater superhighways leading to the Chinese basin and the outskirts of the Gobi desert. Those being options, anything like that I’d be excited to see implemented.

I would love to see a Horizon game set in Japan, but with 2 games in a row in RHD drive countries (and Toyota and Mitsubishi being ridiculous with their car licenses at the moment) I would like to see Horizon 5 return to a LHD country.
The obvious choice would be to return to the United States, in which case California would make sense with the car culture and the variety of terrain (although seasons wouldn’t be nearly as spectacular).
A more exotic locale could be some place like Rio in Brazil, although I’m not sure what the car culture is like there.

Forza Horizon is a great car racing game series. They should make the next forza horizon game in Dubai, as the roads are much bigger and we can see that in the previous forza Motorsport game .Dubai roads are much wider. Forza horizon 5 should be made in Dubai and with three or four highways. In forza horizon 3 and fh4, there was only one highway and that gets boring over the period of time. In The next game they should include two cities at least, highway from one city to another. And for free roam driving they should make the game more realistic with bridges,signals and more petrol pumps. And the character can get out of the car for the petrol. Speed limit on the highway should be set and police chase should be included on the highway making the overall game more interesting.

Count me into the club that wants Japan. I think that would be an excellent location.
One thing I want is another big city. I like the current map but the city doesn’t quite do it for me. I loved driving through the skyscrapers on FH3 or finding views in the map where you could see the skyline way off in the distance.
If not Japan I think West Coast USA would be cool. California cities mixed with some Oregon coast and sprinkle in a little intermountain west desert.

New Zealand would be an awsome map.
You could have multiple small towns next to different beaches, like Whangamata, Waihi Beach etc.
You could add in the events that happen in these towns that are car related.
Every year in Whangamata is the Beach Hop it is a massive car show with 2,000+ cars and 120,000 people. Between park ups all the cars cruise from beach to beach and up and down the main road to show of they cars.
Three things I would like in Forza Horizon 5 are:

Well if we continue the pattern of PG and Turn 10 then theoretically the game will be based back in the US. The pattern I’m talking about:
Horizon 1: USA (Colorado if I’m not mistaken)
Horizon 2: Europe (France/Italy)
Horizon 3: Australia (Australia)
Horizon 4: Europe (UK/Scotland)
Horizon 5: USA
Or they may work Asia into the pattern? I would prefer the game to not be set in Asia because the game will just be drifting and touge, and nothing more to be honest.

Please try tp do fh5 like somewhere away from Europe, try countries like in the middle east(ex:UAE…) or asian countries like japan. it would be awesome if they do that
