This might be considered more of a Microsoft Store problem, but I’m wondering if anyone else has issues with this on PC. I preordered the Ultimate Edition and played it all of yesterday. Whenever I start the game now, it automatically says “When you got a refund on Forza Horizon 4 it was removed from your device.” I never even filed for a refund or anything like that. When I click “see in store” it takes me to the game’s page where it says ITS INSTALLED. I don’t understand this at all.
It always says that it is installed if it is installed. Doesn’t say anything about the license, though. If you use the search in Windows 10 store and enter Forza Horizon 4, when you go to Ultimate Edition it should say “You already own this”. If it does not maybe your payment fell through?
