So I Pre-ordered the Ultimate addition about a month ago for PC. I’ve been waiting for weeks to finally play the game, and I did… However when I decided to restart the game to change some of the graphical settings I re-launched it and it gave me this message “When you got a refund on Forza Horizon 4 it was removed from your device.” I NEVER ASKED FOR A REFUND!! Please somebody try to fix this because apparently my friend who is also on PC got an email saying that he had Refunded the game as well. I really just want to be able to play the game, I don’t care how long it takes just please fix all these game breaking bugs.

Same issue here, bought ultimate edition. When I launch error comes up saying I got a refund and it was removed from my pc.
