I pre-ordered Forza Horizon 4 and played it for 4 days and then it randomly shuts off and gives me the message When you got a refund on Forza Horizon 4 it was removed from your device. i hadnt even
tried to refund it this just randomly happened.

Nothing to do with Playground Games - you should raise a support ticket with Microsoft, as it is the Store that has caused your problem. Only they can help you.
