When will Playground realize these Offroad Buggy events are terrible?

I used the Arial on unbeatable. It was tough but is meant to be.

AWD, max height, tuned to turn.

Not very hard once you find the right car and tune. Get AWD tune for sure. I used the Alumni FE. I will never get those drift seasonal PR events. For me that is impossible but I’m sure to good drifters it is not very difficult. It doesn’t mean they should get rid of them however.

Honestly I think whoever set up the offroad race buggies in this game has never driven one. Or been in one. Or been near one. They’re all like driving around on jelly. Most offroad racers are setup stiffer than road cars, not softer. Same with the damping, they should have loads of mid-speed compression and rebound damping and instead they just have…almost nothing, everywhere.

My only complaint is that the progress for “Drive 10 miles through the open countryside” got stuck at 5.44 miles no matter where I drove. Just what parts of the map constitute “open countryside?!”

I like them, but only after doing awd conversion, especially with no traction control. Rwd without traction control is just messy at A800.

Only thing I find annoying about buggies, is that many of them are so light that plowing through obstacles can occasionally severely impact your handling.

Aside from that, they are a fun, different challenge.
