Hi! Anyone knows what are the exact times (Europe mainly) when we can launch the game and play? Maybe the night between the 4th and 5th at 00:01hrs? Thank u!
FH4 started at Midnight local time. So it’s very likely it will be the same this time around. Waiting for East Coast would put NZ on 6th or close to it.

Assuming the Early Release will be structured the same as the Main Release, then this was the release FAQ:
"Q: What time is it releasing?
A: This is a rolling release. All editions will release at midnight (date depending on the edition you purchased) for your countries most Eastern time zone. i.e. USA Eastern time zone of midnight will be 9pm Pacific time. "

It worked with FH4… Besides that If you go to NZ store, to FH5 premium page says release date at 11/4 and not 11/5, all this points to be able to play it in the previous day.
Wasn’t FH4 release time region locked to where you bought the game? I could’ve sworn I remember comments on launch day of people not being able to play early with the region switch trick despite what the timer said. From what I remember you would have to buy the game on the NZ store or redeem a code from amazon/3rd party after switching regions.
Any Xbox One/Series game won’t have region locked, that ended some years ago with the new way how works the MS market. No matter where you bought, the console region is the one effective.
Recently, not with forza game, but this happening with other game which released a few months ago, and was released early because of NZ region. But I thing could be confused is the game pass version you cannot play it early, because they have a general release hour (fixed time zone).
The only thing that stops players from playing early is if the release is only using a fixed time zone (like release in game pass), all things points to this not happening, because for what says the MS store I understand that the time release is 1.00AM in the correspondent time zone, with NZ is the first.
Oh ok, on the release of FH4 it must’ve been on the old system because I remember buying ultimate and it not working until I bought from a different region. Also if you’re on PC you can play an hour earlier than NZ by switching to Kiribati region.
I went to my console, changed region to NZ, the date states “4 november 2021 11AM” this means that at my IP location (Portugal), based in the console region (NZ) the game should become available at 11 AM… 11AM here (with winter time) is 00AM in New Zealand.

Be careful, people have been banned for changing the date in Forza Games… usually to get cars before they are released.

So microsoft will be banned because I got this from MS store… If you want to be sure enter NZ store and check it by yourself.
I do not change it, man I’m playing on xbox, changing the time won’t do nothing, if at NZ 1.00AM time starts the game for them, they already will be playing it early that us, in my case I’m BST time, 1.00AM there is here 2.00PM of the previous day.
You’re not changing time though. All you’re doing in changing your console’s location.
If I don’t change, says here I play at midnight, here in Portugal at midnight, in US is 4th still (8 hours difference)
Yep! What he said! Don’t even risk because the game is just now being released, you don’t wanna be locked out from exploring it with everyone else.
