You can see that this time, it’ll be 3 weeks only, with the open tour ending at 7th November, so the overview article (and possibly the update) will be available at Monday, 4th November.
(Although, this is based on my calculations, so things might change)

Update 13 is a short update. I wonder if all updates will be this short from now on. Not necessarily a bad thing. Would speed up the pace of content being added. But that could effect how patches are implemented. Hmmmm…
