When do I unlock barn finds?

I want to know what level I will unlock barn finds/ if I’m close/ what I need to do.

I have Forza Horizon 3 Standard Edition on my PC .
I’ve driven for 6h 08:00, I’ve been in 7 races, 6 podiums, had 6 victories, 14 cars in garage, 6.5% completion, 757,486 total cr winnings, 297,036 Total XP, 0 rivals beaten, 4 head to head races, 19:39 time in head to head,

1/5 showcases won, 5/63 exhibitions completed, 46,330 fans, 1 street race entered, 1/16 Street races won, 3/4 Drivatar lineup count, 17/19 landmarks discovered, 257/488 roads discovered, etc.

Does anyone know when/ what I need to do to get Barn finds? I have 2 festivals, 2 level twos, I’m pretty sure. I’m level 15.
