I tried using my Logitech G Force shifter the I first got the game, but it didn’t work. I tried unplugging the shifter and plugging it back in, and the game also crashed and reset, but it still doesn’t work. Any advice?
Update: the shifter now works like normal. I transitioned to using the paddles and the stick just magically decided it wanted to work again out of the blue. I don’t know what happened
Update 2: I just started playing FM again, and the shifter stopped working again. I have absolutely no clue what is going on, but it seems like every time I start the game, the shifter doesn’t want to work, and then at some random point in the game, it just magically decides it wants to work. Any help would be appreciated

Let me know if you found a fix my wheel is bolted to a seat and i dont wanna try and replug in the shifter but the shifter works on non forza games
I thought i was the only one with this issue.
This is clearly a software issue with Forza 8 as shifter works with FMH5, forza 7, forza 6
Turn 10 i paid good money for the ultimate edition and this is not acceptable

I have just got the Logitech shifter for the g29 wheel for the latest Forza motorsport, (Xbox series x) Set the game to manual with clutch. It worked once and has not worked ever since. I thought the shifter was faulty but it works fine on dirt 2
