Wheel spins

Is their a limit on how many wheel spins you can stack up?

Doubt it

I should be but very big one.

I had 172 of them all waiting for me after I finished my 50-lap Goliath Circuit race. After 11 hours of real time racing, rolling all those prize spins was fun!

I had 50 stacked up, One HE Car out of those, 100k 3 times, 2k 12 times.

This sounds like my odds. I just go for credits now. Which means getting to platinum for club. But other then that. I don’t really care about getting XP anymore. Or wheelspins. I don’t get crap from them and it takes a lot of XP to get one now. I use to get off maybe couple hundred levels ago. But could careless now.

I doubt there is. The notification maxes out at 9+ anyway so keeping track is nearly impossible.

Makes you wonder why the DEVs nerfed the XP from skills. I’m at the 150k or so to get a wheel spin for 2k (as if I would even bother to buy one with my luck) so less XP. and more needed. Brilliant. This and the rubber banding AI (they aren’t drivatars) are really sapping the game for me.

I think wheelspins rewards are not really random.
I noticed that when i receive a very high reward like 200 000, suddently all of the following spins are giving me around 2 to 10k.
Same goes when i receive an expensive car or too many 50 000/35 000 spins

I’m pretty sure, looking at other comments, that these spins are calculated to give you an average amount of 50/60 000 for VIP and 25-30 000 for the others.
So if i’m correct, there is no point talking about luck or else, you eventually receive the same amount as everyone else.

I think the only “luck” point is the HE Car you receive. GT or Viper HE is sold a lot higher than MG or Cooper but the game think it’s worth almost the same amount in your rewards calculation.

Of course i may be wrong but that’s what i believe.

All things considered this is what probabilities of specific choice give you.

If you spin enough times the probabilities pretty much will make this happen. Doesn’t need to be scripted.

Flipping a coin (when random choice between 2 options)
It’s possible to have 10 flips as heads. But odds are when you have 1000 flips you will end up around 500 heads and 500 tails.

Not getting this doesn’t mean that there is malfeasance-

So given the options that are available I would imagine you could calculate an average win amount and getting that average or thereabouts doesn’t prove anything one way or the other really

Given the scripted AI and some other issues is it possible that there is a similar script. Absolutely it’s possible. I don’t really think it’s the case but I’m open to the possibility. My experience is im in a slump of 2k and low spins and I at one point had some fairly good ones. I can’t really draw any conclusions from my experience and I typically have no problem finding patterns

I guess we only can try what happens if we stack up those spins. I`'m driving Goliath a lot, and i guess i should have stucked up approx 200+ Wheelspins. I’m waiting for new cars in the spin before i use them.

My only observation on odds is that the likelihood of getting HE cars from spins dropped dramatically after the last October update. That motivated me to start chasing them in the AH. I know some players prefer them with pristine owner histories. I can live without that.

I have some stacked too, waiting for the next batch. Maybe my luck will improve by then.

Speaking of stacking wheel-spins:
Can I turn off the wheel-spin message somehow? Usually, more sooner than later I press X untimely and lose my stack

Be careful fast traveling to festival sites as well. To many times I’ve gotten there, then hit the double squares button on my controller to enter, only to have the wheelspin option pop up on screen (which uses the same button) and BAM! Wheelspin wasted instead of chilling in my garage…

Edit: Ok change that to fast traveling anywhere. I just did it traveling to a championship race. Grrrr…

No there isn’t, and you don’t have to lose your stack. You press ‘B’ to collect the prize and stop spinning. (‘A’ collects the prize and spins again.)
