I was browsing through my car list when i noticed that the back wheels on my c7 corvette horizon edition filled out the fender gap alot better than the back wheels on my regular c7 corvette. I have the same exact suspension setup on both cars (same ride height, camber, and toe settings), the only difference is power and tires. Are all the horizon edition cars like this or only the vette? I only have a couple and don’t feel like spending the money on a non-HE ford gt just for comparison.
Interesting…I may have to search the auction house for one of those. I like the car but the fitment has bothered me about it, mainly because I go for a pro-touring look on all my muscle cars. If it’s a noticeable difference I might have to get one.
I’m hoping that they fix the wheel offset on the C7 Z06 in future games. The rear wheels are way too far in the fender (and having been around multiple C7Zs in person, I know for a fact the wheels arent that far in the fender) and the HE version fixed that. Hopefully it’s normal in Motorsport 7 and later games.
It’s crazy, because it’s obvious the game can change the offset yet they don’t offer it for every car. Kind of infuriating, like the purposely leave things out to say they add new features on the next game or something.
I was being sarcastic…of course i know that the wheel offsets are terrible. I also dont like how whenever width is added to a wheel it is added on the inside of the wheel. IRL adding width solely on the inside would cause all kinds of clearance issues with the suspension.
