If you could pick one wing to replace the forza aero, what would it be? Just like the current one, this would be a wing that would get applied to every car, except the ones with ducktails.
i personally don’t think its that bad. I just wish more cars with active aero got the jesko treatment and got to keep their cool aero.
Cars like the veyron, 918 spyder, and lotus evija all get an ugly forza wing slapped on which then disables the cool active aero on those cars. Absolute tragedy.
I would not see it as an improvement to only replace the existing one if we still didn’t have multiple options.
Even if a replacement looked amazing on a Bugatti, it might look odd on a Nissan.
I’d prefer having multiple options to choose from instead of only one.
A swan neck wing would be the logical choice.
Easy. Take a page out of Gran Turismo and allow for custom wing options.
The typo in the thread title is deliciously ironic…zero would indeed be my preference (get rid of Forza Aero completely and have actual car-specific designs)
I want them to put in a racing spoiler that doesn’t change anything about the cars default looks. It should only add the option to adjust the downforce but don’t do anything else. Even cars that normally don’t have a spoiler should have downforce settings after adding the pseudo spoiler that isn’t really there.
I don’t care about the realism at all, it’s the easiest way to make it handle better but not make it look worse.
It could be called “Invisible Racing Spoiler”, they could also add an adjustable invisible racing front bumper.
Edit: All they would have to do is copy paste the racing spoiler to all cars and make it invisible. It’s probably just a few lines of code and everybody profits of it.
If they add something customizable like Gran Turismo or something like the old nfs carbon i will be extremely happy.
Honestly the look of forza aero is maybe one of the ugliest things in the entire gaming industry

The first let down about this game was seeing forza aero on mx5 in the first trailers.

Wow that spoiler is unbelievable ugly.
I think somebody requested this a while ago, in the FM6 era. They wanted downloaded tunes to have the choice of stock appearance, because they didn’t like the tuners’ choice of wheels and aero.
A nice selection of decent looking spoilers. About 3 or 4 different options in the fully adjustable category. So the spoiler can be matched up the a visually appealing look for each car.
Either that, or give the regular spoiler options available for each car. But for the forza aero option just make the equipped spoiler the adjustable spoiler.
Or if the car is not equipped with a spoiler but forza aero is selected just add a “phantom spoiler” or make a clear plexiglass gurney flap that doesn’t show and ruin the lines of the cars.

Give choices:
There’s no such thing as a “one size fits all gracefully,” so just give us the options to figure it out.
Yeah I am always baffled how low the standards are with the Forza community.
It can`t be that difficult to model a few different rear wing designs, it is not what you would describe as a complex shape.
Even if they would as a starting point keep the same spacing for the strutting to make it easier fitting all cars, but at least the wing itself could have some variation.
And if somebody wants to hide them and make it invisible - let them.
Imagine being the person tasked with modeling the Forza aero to “fit” each car.
That ugly thing lol.
Aero in Forza should be fully place-able, moldable, customizable, paintable (including placing decals). This should sit along side of standard designs as options for A.I. or if someone doesn’t want to put time into fine tuning the aero.
Also wicker bills need to be an option. End the wing on wing madness!
