I feel like I’m stuck. I’ve raced every race available on the map. I’m past round 10 in each Race. So no more races are opening up. I own all of the houses available. I have found all the barn finds. Is there any more content? Or is there just online racing now?

nope that’s it, you need to grind the existing races to get to level 20. Level 20 in road racing opens up the Goliath course, but the other disciplines just offer extra cars, wheel spins and chat phrases. Aside from that, if you’ve done everything, that’s all there is to do.

Finish all the stories, jumps, speed zones, speed traps, drift ones…
Create your own custom tracks
Buy/and fully perk every car
There’s loads still to do.
Edit: Forzathon Live is still on every hour, on the hour
Keep completing daily/weekly seasonal Forzathons.
Do all the weekly seasonal championships and PR stunts.
Edit 2: Get a clean time on all rival events.
Set a time on every race in every season in every vehicle type
So once you’ve raced a course you never want to race it again?
Here’s a really radical idea for you. How about racing some of those courses with a different car or different weather or different laps?
If racing each course once is game completion for you then racers really aren’t your cuppa! Nothing wrong with that of course.
In Colin McRae 2005 on the original Xbox I recorded my best time in every car (32?) on every time trial then made an excel document ranking every car by average time on all stages, countries etc.
Try that with 450+ cars

I do “get” what the OP is saying. Horizon has always lacked that sense of progression, but it really needs to be treated for what it really is… a sandbox.
Once they come to terms with that it’s all good
