What is your favorite track and why

Can’t believe no one has mentioned Mugello Circuit it’s by far my favorite track,My other favorite tracks are Spa/Road America and Le Mans.

Suzuka is my test track , I tune all my cars for dry and wet, for other tracks I just have to adjust gearbox final ratio.

I like all real world tracks.
I’m another Glen fanboy, with that being my 2nd favorite.
I also really enjoy Nürburgring, Spa, Bathurst, Long Beach and even VIR.
My overall favorite is Le Mans. It’s an easy track to do long races on and I love the real life race.

The last Forza I played was 4 so it’s nice to see the real Ring vs. what pretended to be the Ring.
(Can’t stand the T10 tracks. Sick of Maple Valley and the others are horrible. Sorry T10, no offense intended.)

VIR … at NIGHT… !!! NOT

Watkins Glenn… with 67 open wheel F1 cars

LeMans… GT3 Cars at night.

Road Atlanta is by far my favourite circuit, it flows so perfectly. I also enjoy Mugello, Watkins Glen, Lime Rock and Long Beach. I also like the 24h Ring configuration too.

I know I should give a better explanation of why I like them, but I can’t explain it. It’s just a feeling I get when blasting round them.

Tsukuba for for fun, Motegi for all round, and King Cobra for it’s technicality.

I am glad to see I am not the only person that takes cars around Nordschleife and records the time. There is no other track like it in the world and it has such a rich history. Having had the privilege to drive on it several times only made me appreciate it that much more. It is absolutely terrifying.

No love for Monza?

Monza in an F1 car or Nordschleife in anything for me!

Brands Hatch.

Classic race track with a great flow and a challenge to drive at top speeds. Nailing the corners here gives you such a great feeling its like the car is on rails.

Judging by the replies on here it looks like it was a good idea to reissue Maple Valley, Suzuka, and Mugello for Forza 7. Now if they can put on a few more real life tracks like Imola, things could be even better.

They only ran it 3 years and I remember watching an ALMS race there on their youtube channel but Baltimore looks like it would be a fun track.

Monza
Mugello
Road America
Watkins Glen
BRNO - Project Cars 2

Alps and Maple Valley are my go-to favorites.
Virginia is nice
COTA I like just because it’s local to me.

COTA is about 6 hours from here but I’d love to go see IMSA Lone Star Lemans. COTA is a very interesting track indeed.

Edit: Well scratch that idea. COTA isn’t on the IMSA schedule next year it seems.

Laguna Seca because I had a hard time getting the license way back in GT3 with the Viper.
Le Mans, because I watch the 24hr race every June and it has a lot of places to pass cleanly on the track.

For me it’s a 3-way tie between Spa, Norschleife and Mugello.

Alps and Maple Valley…

Dubai could be a favourite. I like it, but I haven’t raced it enough to say I like every version of it.

Laguna Seca isn’t a favourite for me, but it’s what I might call a “standard” or perhaps “old standby”… One of a few tracks I could almost race in my sleep. Road Atlanta and the Indianapolis road track layouts probably qualify, too.

Road America for me. It’s a fantastic course for beginners and really helps in learning your braking zones and helps newer players learn to run without ABS. There’s a technical middle sector with blind and off camber corners which is challenging even for professionals. The blind and off camber corners are also perfect to practice trail braking. Speedville is a great corner to learn how to modulate the throttle and the kink that comes after is very hard to perfect. The track had a great flow and rhythm to it especially in the middle and last sector. It has nice runoff areas so you can really push the car to It’s limits and not get punished severely bar a dirty lap. It’s a hard track to dial in a car as you have to sacrifice handling for speed on those two back straights so tuning and setup is quite challenging. The nice long stretch to the first corner benefits AWD cars which is nice in a race. The pit entry and exit are easy to navigate. The long straights make for some nice overtakes in the braking zones. There’s not too many traction zones so the track keeps a nice fast tempo. Overall a joy to drive on.

Prague is probably my favourite because it looks beautiful but I have concluded the main reason is because whenever I play it, it reminds me of Project Gotham. A series forever close to my heart.

Ripping through those cobbled streets, under arches, over bridges with the light filtering between buildings on a city circuit in shiny super cars. It’s like Project Gotham is alive and well once again.

I’m tearing up just thinking about the nostalgia overload.

You’re killing me. Such a great franchise was Project Gotham. The nostalgia really hits me for that game. Driving through New York in my Maserati MC12. I loved FM4 for that same reason. I wish New York circuit would come back. Sorry for the wish list vibe but after hearing Project Gotham and watching my favourite films, both Blade Runners , can you blame me?
