Weather in FH5 races

Hello
Along with weather switching with a flick of a switch in seasonal championships, where one moment it would me murky rainy day, to sunny and some rain, I also found another problem.
I did race blueprint and had it selected a wet season, with clear weather, well it rained most of the race (a long one).
Ok have it your way game, lets have fun in rain and also see about tuning … so edit blueprint with wet season, along with heavy rain, got me a bit of rain at start and not a single drop later.

Am I missing something here or maybe somebody from devs should take a look at this?

The weather change in the championships was rather harsh. Just clarifying, the time progression was set to fixed? I ran 2 laps of the Goliath last night in clear weather with fixed progression and it stayed clear.

Noticed this tonight in the seasonal championships, the switch is quite jarring and far from “dynamic”.

So I did a bit more testing.
Turns out, if you set time to fixed, then weather stays as selected, if time is set to rolling, weather is random.
Is it too weird to have rain for whole day?

I’ve selected storm weather twice for a race and it turned out sunny instead both times.

Game is broken to it’s core.

I live in the AZ side of the Sonoran desert. A constant rainy or drizzly day is uncommon. I believe the MX desert is the same. For the rest of the Mexico regions I don’t know.

That being said, like the shape of Mexico they can do whatever is best for game play. If it helps as a work around, I have set some shorter races to one of the precipitation settings and it stayed raining. The races were fun and I spent time trying to get tire temperature rather than prevent overheating. I haven’t tried blueprinting with the storms yet.
