T10 should give us a option when creating a race to choose how many types of weather we want like in FM7. Despite being dynamic it would be a cool feature to try out. Combining for example thunder 
with dense fog

Yes! Like PC2, choose which weather options you want to take effect during the race.

Also perfect the speed of the weather its not smooth, the transition needs to me smoother
