Ways to report players to marshalls

Is there a way to report players to marshalls when there obviously aren’t any in the lobby? Because I seriously had enough of scum like these three. https://postimg.org/image/ngb7nmcrf/
Their only goal was to wait for other players coming buy and blocking their way and provoke a crash. Evidences are the horrendous lap times and obviously all three from the same crew in the SS-Van.
Further, I also made a clip of them blocking the road while I passed them.
Please remove people like this from your MP. Their only focus lies in ruining the fun of other players.

As far as I know of.

  • Clip(s) (Yours and theirs point of view)
  • GT of both you and the one doing harm.
  • Multiple clips from different races if available.
  • If more than one “victim” then those instances as well.

And if you know any marshalls send all that to them and they’ll give the final verdict.

*If any marshall wants to step in and correct me feel free!

Unfortunately I just stopped trying to report the wreckers. I would spend most of my time in the reporting process and very little time racing. I’m counting the days until the penalty system is implemented. But we’ve been waiting almost a year for a system that should/could have been included with the game in the beginning. Everytime I watch a RL race on tv I shake my head when the track never has those stupid lego barriers that we have to deal with in the game.

I really feel for you, think that most serious fun players here have had their own bad experience with some other online players.

I used to love the weekly Multiplayer Events, was the only Online Races that I played but because of some rude players I stopped completely. Came back this morning, still had my Rank 2 (1 ReUp or whatever it is called) and just wanted to enjoy some Racing. First race was great (8 Players) 2nd race (17 Players) in Monza GP Circuit, started from Pole and in the first corner someone from the far back just took out me and 4 others in the first corner, came in without breaking at all, he has a headset and laughs, goes into the box for repairs and drops back so the leaders when they lap him get taken out from him
2 more races after that and he was still doing the same trash, I dropped from Rank 2 to low 3 and decided not to touch Multiplayer for a while, really takes the fun out of the game
I will try to get into a lobby on Brian´s Stream some Friday, but because of the timezones he starts at Midnight for me and I need to start work on Saturdays at 6 :frowning: will just keep trying

btw. I completely forgot to record the races at the end, otherwise I would just send them to a Marshall, maybe I should apply to become one

Have fun everyone and race clean

I usually never go anywhere near Online but di some this weekend in the Leagues and the Hoppers for the Isetta. I was crashed into in 4 of the six drag races that I did while I was just going straight down the strip. I also di 4 or 4 of the Spec-Sim races in the 2nd season of the Leagues and was basically crashed out of EVERY one of them. I think I will now only do the Ghost races in Leagues. Life is just too short for the aggrevation this causes.

Thanks for the information

People have been asking for multiple games if the backmarkers could be ghosted. It would eliminate a lot of online issues between players.

I gave up a long time ago.
Now I just have little bit of faith in the race regulation system…IF it will ever get released.
But if it won’t ghost backmarkers and slow down crashers to the point they can’t race, it’ll be useless. Those people couldn’t care less about time penalties and grid position.

Just some food for thought guys, and please, keep any discussion civil and on point. Let’s not descend into a troll fest here.
First off, yes, wreckers are out there, I won’t deny that. There will always be those who are just there to ruin others day and think it’s a grand old time. The bigger issue however, is crappy driving. Having observed public hoppers for over a year now I see that by and large most drivers just don’t know how to race. They have no concept of tuning or car control, nor do they really understand actual race craft. Remember, this game is marketed to everyone, casual players and dedicated racers alike. In the public hoppers unfortunately you often get more casual players than experienced racers. Most of them are not “wreckers”, they simply are not good at the game. They often jump into rented cars that they don’t know how to drive and don’t have the skills to control. Being bad at the game is not against the rules. If I see someone who is so bad they’re disrupting the lobby, I may kick them out, but that’s as far as it will go. Typically, they’ll just move to another one.

Save the replay of a race and watch it after when you have been wrecked. Were they actively trying to wreck you, or did they just suck at driving? I think you’ll be surprised at what you see. Before racing in a lobby, spectate a couple races and see what the skill level is of the drivers there. You may find it’s best to look for another hopper.

If you do encounter a player or players who are willfully and purposely disrupting a lobby, get a clip or replay (full race replays are preferred), the offenders GT’s and report them here:
