Warned for running cheat/unallowed moding on client alongside game

Well I Just play this game once a week to unlock new cars and I go to trials being my only multiplayer participation. Funny thing is I received the warning at 4am when I wasnt even using my computer. Also Tried to create a ticket for more information on the matter but Im unable to do so because Im unable to proceed to sign in on the actual support page. I login and the website puts me again to the welcome screeen I click support again and I have to re sign in.

Any help will be appreciated.

All I’ve got is it’s unlikely the time stamp of the message has anything to do with when the flagged cheating/unallowed modding might have been allegedly detected or reported. So you not being on at that time would probably have nothing to do with it.

Is there any other way to submit a ticket ? I am trying to get more information but I am unable to sign in on the sumit a ticket page as Ive stated my issue above.

Also I literally jumped onto the game after a week. My last play was on last wednesday. and i saw the message timestamped today and at that time

When you played the game doesn’t matter. When you got the warning doesn’t matter.

What other information do you need? The title admits that you know what you did.

I am asking for help regarding instructions to send a ticket.

Can /does keeping discord open in the browser cause this ban ? Because I more than likely did have discord open last time I was playing the game.

You probably done something that annoyed another player and they reported you. You may have been teleporting, using a speed hack or impervious to obstacles (or it looked that way to the player and PG10 review staff). This would have been supported by captured footage of the incident.

Don’t like your chances of getting anything done. If you were using hacks/mods then i suggest you don’t (i have a massive hatred for that). If you weren’t and it is an honest glitch/mistake, then i’d just take it on the chin and remember to record glitches/mistakes when they happen so you can report it as such.

As i said, i highly doubt you will get a result that makes you happy.

I can’t comment on the warning but the support login issue is familiar to me. It looks like you may have been banned from the support page.

I have the very same issue after I politely challenged a 30 day ban in FH4 a few years ago when the playlist glitched and gave me reward cars early. This was at the time the game was bugged and randomly giving extra reward cars alongside the normal playlist cars. I had a video of it happening but T10 support didn’t care so I had to take the 30 day ban.

From that day, I have been unable to login to the support page. Everything else on Forza.net is fine but the support page just goes into a login loop.

If you did run modding tools then a warning is to be expected and you can’t really complain but if you didn’t I’d suggest recording any of your online events because at least then you can show things from your POV in context in defense against a short, potentially out of context clip. The online side of Forza is a mess and I routinely experience lagging and jittering myself and I have seen other players experience the same.

It wont be Discord. I use that all the time in conjunction with Forza and ive never been warned.

Its got to be something else you’re running in the background. Have you checked your task manager while running the game? Or have you installed any programs recently?

For How many days get we warned in forza horizon 5…?
