I will like to see a VR Mode for the next Forzas and FH 5 for the PC Version of them
Not sure they would do it for FH5 but yes without a doubt would love to see it for the new FM

I have been wishing for this for the longest time. Would make using a Racing Wheel while drifting that much better so you can actually see where you’re going

This next gen Forza title would definitely benefit from VR support like openxr, openvr. VR support is a must for all current and future racing titles.

I’m posting this here as the previous suggestions thread on VR is locked.
Adding VR support would make this the perfect racing game. It’s been done (very successfully) for Microsoft flight simulator, so why not for Forza motorsport?

I think for us, it’s just a bit of wait until there’s an audience there. We’re very fortunate that we have got these big IPs that have turned into ongoing franchises with big communities. We have 10 games that have achieved over 10 million players life-to-date, which is a pretty big accomplishment, but that’s the kind of scale that we need to see success for the game and it’s just, it’s not quite there yet with AR, VR.

Agreed, MSFS did it for pc so there’s no excuse not to have. VR mode. This could tap into the PCVR community and take in more numbers. If this game wants to be considered a true sim racer then VR and triple screen monitor support is a must.

I was actually expecting VR to be a feature for this game, even if it wasn’t available at launch. VR has been a big feature in most other prominent racing games, and its to the point that my own sim wheel setup is dedicated to VR specifically with no monitor or TV for non-VR games like this.

6 years in the making and no VR mode for PC this is embarrassing for Microsoft. VR is transformative in racing games, why isn’t it in the game?

I was to as alot of us probably have quest setting at home why not start with support for that 1st then the other headsets… i believe flight sim did that as well along with no man sky
I would love to see forza add VR support. I understand their reasoning not to put resources into it because the VR use is still quite low. But surely this platform would be the best way to attract people towards it.
VR has come a long way, and the initial reason why it slumped at the start was because it wasnt able to work at a speed and quality that everyone hoped for. (And the price point, limited options… so on…) Now we have plenty of headsets that have a high enough refresh rate and screen quality that doesnt give the average person motion sickness.
Meta is starting to make it cheap enough to be accesible for a low income gamer. Getting a headset that is decent quality is almost the same price as a good monitor.
Forza is so immensly popular because of the wide range of cars and the awesome open worlds you provide with horizon. I cant wait to see how far things are going to go with one title for forza motorsport constantly being updated for its life span.
The best way to increase the VR player base for racing games is with Forza taking the lead. If you were to ABLE to launch a forza insipred headset bundle that included your game and a decent headset, im sure you would find the player base skyrocket.
Nothing changes if nothing changes. Someone has to take the lead and take the risk otherwise nothing will ever be gained.

As the title says, the original thread was closed when T10 had stated in a Q&A that FM23 (pre release i might add) did not support VR, but this is a suggestion thread, why can’t we still suggest VR support to be added to the game? seems like a no brainer to me 
Forza Motorsport needs VR mode like MS Flight Simulator.
There is no better way to experience a race as sitting in the car in VR.

I started playing FH4 and bought the preorder of FH5 back in the time. They are fantastic games. but meanwhile i have a custom motion sim rig (2dof) simple and effective design with vr. And VR would make this game by far the most played vr race game. i don’t even play FH5 in the rig because looking at the screen in front is not fun when you used to play vr in that chair.
So yes, for FH6 and even Forza Motorsport. I will not buy anymore without VR support.

A VR mode will surelly bring more players in. I have a Quest 3 and PSVR2 with PC Adapter and would love to play FM in VR. How hard cand it be to add it down the road ? It would surely bring it on the level of immersion of GT7/Assetto Corsa/iRacing when it comes to VR.
Yes i would love VR for Motorsport and Horizon. FH5 runs great on flat screen and looks really good. It has plenty of performance / graphical headroom for HMD support.
I want to add that Motion controller support for these types of VR games is not necessary and would take so much time off the dev work to just implament HMD support

I would even pay for a VR DLC in Forza Motorsport. Please add that.
Im literally looking for a different racing game because i want to use my Quest 3, id rather take that money and throw it into Forza Motorsport instead, because FM brings everything that allows me to enjoy the game, while these other games do not.

It is a missed opportunity not to add vr support, i will never race on a flat screen ever again.
