I dont mind that that one is DSG only although the lower end A3s still offer a manual

It looks like most people just want a normal GTI which is understandable and I doubt they will add the DSG
For sure, they’ll add the DSG. Just to solve a major problem for people (especially me) who are unhappy that Golf Rs in-game are manuals. 
I wanted the Clubsport.
It’s such a lost out at sea argument now, although I think the GTIs need some more love again especially from MK4 onwards
I dont think so given the Golf is an iconic nameplate from the last century and its famous of having a manual

In newer nameplates I like a mix of both manual and automatic

Go with your manual to your mustang. The VWs in the game must be DSG. What a coincidence that the GTI is only DSG and the R is the same. why? because it is infinitely better and faster. You just have to see the time of the 8r at the Nürburgring and see the time of the clubsport s. dsg vs manual and being a 4wd. What a coincidence, right? And in reality the performance of the VWs is disastrous in their setup. Hopefully in the future the gti clubsport dsg mk7 and an 8.5R or gti clubsport DSG will arrive

I don’t want a dsg on a nameplate from the last century I bet the GTI Clubsport from the 2010s will be manual
I don’t mind automatics on newer nameplates for those I want a mix of manual and automatic
Also the R is not 4wd its awd
