Hi,
I bought the VIP Pass but I’m still not able to use it. I can’t see any changes. Also my profile here is not linked to the game somehow as i’m playing Forza Horizon 2 but when I check my rewards it doesn’t show that I’m playing the game.

I could be that you haven’t made enough progress yet. I see on Xbox Live that you only started playing a few hours ago. I think you have to complete three championships before these things kick in. Maybe someone could correct me if I’m wrong.
I am having the exact same issue, and Turn 10 has not even tried to help me at all.
I took Mango’s advice and won 3 championships, beat the train back to the Horizon hub, and I still do not have VIP Status.
I have power cycled the **** out of my XB One, so it really is not a problem that can be solved through that method.
I only have one account on my XB One, so it isn’t that either.
I am getting fed up with this VIP issue as well as car pack cars costing full price even on the first purchase.
Turn 10 doesn’t care because they already have our money, they ignore my e-mails and PMs, and nobody on the forums seems to know how to fix this issue.
That’s sooooo bad … They didn’t even mention that I have to complete the championships … What a stupid rule if true !
They have our money and no one care … !!!
Band level 29, Overall completion 10.5%, 26 races/victories, 6 championships completed, 23 championship events/won, 45% to Horizon Finale. STILL NO VIP. Turn 10, do you even give a s#!+ anymore? Why did I buy a VIP pass?
Do you have multiple players on the same console? Make sure the VIP benefits weren’t assigned to the wrong GamerTag - XBox Customer Service should be able to help.
A VIP pass is required for each player to receive VIP benefits - but you can’t add them all at once. This solution is verified to work in Forza Motorsport 5 (click page icon next to username to see original post)
You can contact Xbox Customer Support (http://support.xbox.com) if this workaround locks your account due to the “This is not my home XBox” limit of 3 changes per year. Oddly, I couldn’t get the Xbox Support site to complete service request using Explorer or Firefox on my desktop computer, but the site connected fine from my smartphone.
