^Hello i have a Problem with the vip pass. I bought it yesterday and i dont get the benefits (double cr. after each race, each car one time free , and no crone on the right side of my gt). I wrote with the Support and they told me that with my acc. everything is ok and i have the license but why i dont get the benefits?

I bought the VIP pass today and have the same problem. The xbox support told me that everything is ok.
I try a hard resseting and no VIP in the Game.

I have the same problem in Forza Horizon 2 and in Forza Motorsport 6. Only in Forza Horizon 3 is all ok (Have the benefits and the crown and the cars are free) And on my console only my account.
I have the same problem. My VIP pass is not being recognized as it had been. No crown by the gamertag and no double credits after racing. Worked with Microsoft Support and went through all uninstall/reinstall scenarios (including trying the entire game and DLCs today), delete profile and re-add to the Xbox and factory resetting the console. None have worked and I was pointed to the Forza Forum as well for support by Microsoft. I’ve also emailed the developers with no response. Hopefully they can push an update or something out to correct this issue very soon. It’s annoying to not get to use something I paid for.
It seems this is a big issues, many user with the same problem. I can’t believe Microsoft can’t do anything to resolve it. In the meantime they should block VIP pass in the marketplace, why they continue offering this if so many people have issues?
Anyone have any luck getting a response from T10?
Come on, this is unbelievable! 3 weeks already and no official answer ! We don’t need an answer from T10, we bought that VIP membership from Microsoft Store!!! The seller needs to make sure that its merchendise works well !!! Microsoft should offer us an official solution, Microsoft should get in touch with T10 (I bet T10 actually answers whenever Microsoft asks) and tell us what is the actual problem, how that problem will be fixed and what/if we need to do anything !
I don’t think this is a Microsoft issue. The Microsoft support told me, all dlc’s were downloaded and installed without any problems.
I think this is an current issue from T10 and Forza 6. All works fine some time ago.
