VIP + Day One Pack + Launch Pack + Mobil 1 Pack Not working

Hi all,

I bought the game a week or 2 after launch and I got the full whack edition. Downloaded on the account and downloaded all the addons and perks that came with it. Only recently I’ve noticed that I don’t have the VIP membership crown on my account and I have to pay credits to buy the cars that are included in the DLC? Anyone know how to fix this or is it an issue?

Did you start playing before everything was fully downloaded?

Go to apps and games, fine Forza Horizon 2 and make sure everything has downloaded.

Everything has been downloaded. I might of done. I have uninstalled the game and in the process of re installing it now. I have already installed the DLC+VIP membership and now just waiting on the game.

Should this fix it?

So I’ve reinstalled the main game and the dlc and still no VIP membership :frowning:

Just had a look at your account and noticed there is another gamertag that has logged on to your console which has VIP membership applied to it. Did you make sure that when you purchased/downloaded/installed the VIP membership you were logged into your Vinta9ePear account, or maybe could you have done that whilst accidentally logged into the other gamertag that has used your console?
