I have paid for the VIP membership. It shows up as installed in the application, but the VIP symbol doesn’t show up next to my gamertag and I don’t get the VIP rewards. I have unistalled it about a dozen times and reinstalled it but it still doesn’t work. I can’t find anyway to get it to work. What can I do?

Have you done a hard restart on your console? Hold the power button for 10 seconds then see if that makes a difference.

Just tried the hard restart, didn’t work. I also unplugged the power and that didn’t work either. Thanks
Do you have other profiles on the console? I’ve seen reports of players buying a DLC only for it to be assigned to another profile. Anything unusual about your Home setting or if you use your profile on another console?
Tried lots of things. Still doesn’t work even after eliminating all of the other user accounts on my xbox1. Does anyone have an email or phone number for Turn 10 Studios?

Have you tried the multi-player NAT check Followed by a power cycle. I know this can help with certain content and connectivity issues.
